Wave Missions is part of the Teams Together Inc. charitable network an IRS approved charity.  100% of your donations goes to support  Teams Together and its far reaching programs. One of the prime focus area for us is that of disaster relief. No matter if it hurricanes, earthquakes or forest fires we are there to help. The Teams Together charitable network also recognizes the needs of others, involves itself in meeting those needs of those less fortunate. Our clients range from social service agencies to private non-profit agencies, hospitals and more importantly individuals with special needs,  families at risk, Mission Clinics and Schools here in the USA and around the world, our charitable network is continually striving to create new charitable and benevolent programs and services that address the contemporary needs of those facing challenges.

This is where Wave Missions helps, by

Sometime the cost of getting help and supplies cost more than the supplies themselves. Below is just 2 examples:

To ship 50lbs of food, medical supplies, school books to Haiti cost 395.23 USD

To ship 50lbs of food, medical supplies, school books to Grenada cost 518.23 USD

By coordinating with Captains of privately owned boats, we are able to have these individuals boat haul supplies at no charge and drop them off on their way to their final destination with usually only a slight detour in their navigational route.

We are also building up a “fleet” of our own so that we can use volunteers skipper’s and crew using our boats to make dedicated trips for us.

Many of the volunteers skipper’s enjoy the fun of sailing without all the on-going up-keep and expense of having their own boat. In fact many of our volunteers end up taking the boat they donated to us on these dedicated trips.

And those that choose to use their own boat can get a tax deduction approved by the IRS including mileage, passports and visa’s and a few other items. Contact us for more information regarding that.

Wave Missions has a history of helping people during times of natural disasters, now part of Teams Together we are doing even more

In 2008, flooding and mudslides from four tropical cyclones...Fay, Gustav, Hanna, and Ike...claimed almost 800 lives in Haiti. Followed

by a devastating earthquake that brought the loss of life into the thousands
